Rise of the Gay Vampires
"I've never been a big vampire book or movie fan, but throw in a few gay vamps who become more gorgeous and generous in proportions after being turned, what's not to like? I became drawn to the hero and his friends who are on this wild, dangerous mission to rid cold blood vamps from Earth. They needed to literally fly off planet to do it! Guess it's turned me into a gay vampire story fan. I can't wait to see this on a Netflix or Amazon series. The visuals would be great!"

Golden Gate Dreams
A gay memoir of San Francisco
Alex penned a memoir, “Golden Gate Dreams” where he recounts how he left Australia in 1973 to find himself. He knew there was a place where his dreams could come true, where he could find the answers he needed to live a life free from pain. He was on the search for a cure for being a homosexual and what he found was that the prison within himself had to be slowly torn down and rebuilt on the foundation of self-worth. Alex found his way to San Francisco and the Castro district in the exciting hay days of the 70’s and 80’s. Then the AIDS crisis deeply affected his life, those of his friends, and the gay community in general. The telling of his involvement is unique and explores a critical time in modern American history.

“Alex Stewart’s memoir spans continents, hemispheres and time zones, taking us along on his journey of self-discovery as a gay man. We are transported from his native Australia where he experienced such loneliness and alienation that he considered ending his life, to the sexual freedom and abandon of San Francisco where his life took on meaning, having found his place among his peers, both gay and straight. It’s a worthwhile read for anyone who has overcome insecurity and doubt to find themselves transformed into a fully-realized and functioning member of the world.”

NOVELLA
Finding My Way Home
“I arrived out in the flat, growing land, east of Fresno. I’d not been back here for several years and I could see there’d been great growth in the district. My parents had left the valley and sold their small farm and moved back east to Pennsylvania to be near my mother’s parents and were now thinking about a retirement village for themselves somewhere out of Stanton.
I threw my oversized, military gym bag down at the gate of my best friend’s ranch and got out to open the gate, and as I pushed it back into the grass by the road I caught a quick glimpse of a young guy walking quickly from a shed into the barn. He looked fit with great legs in tight blue jeans. He also looked familiar, short black hair and a great profile but that’s all I saw.”
"Absolutely love "Rise of the Gay Vampires" series. At it's best, it's a fun, erotic, campy, captivating ride through Melbourne to San Francisco with vampires, humans, aliens, and even some romance. At it's worst it can be sexually raw and explicit at times but that might be part of the draw. The writing style is great and sucks you in immediately. There is a lot going on in this book, and it kept me entertained from beginning to end. I love the evolving storyline and the chemistry between characters! I suggest curling up, uninterrupted with this juicy read, remember to put out the “do not disturb" sign as you won’t want to put this book down."
